1. Introduction

By accessing our website, contacting us through WhatsApp, RCS, phone, email, or availing any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

These Terms are designed to comply with applicable Indian laws, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and policies issued by Meta Platforms Inc. (WhatsApp Business API) and RCS service providers.

We do not send unsolicited promotional messages.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Message delivery is subject to:

  • Platform-level restrictions

We do not guarantee message delivery and are not liable for delays or failures beyond our control.

12. Intellectual Property Rights
